We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
