Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. During peak holiday periods, delivery may take a few extra days.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
